Great Service; Fast and smooth process of taking order, payment then being shown to a seat. HOWEVER Quarter Chicken (topped up $1 for Chicken Leg) was Not Seasoned and thus Bland. Same goes for my chosen sides of Mac & Cheese, and Corn on the Cob. The Corn Muffin was the only saving grace of this meal.

Early Xmas Dinner at home. Ordered home delivery from Kenny Rogers Roasters. Good for family if 5 pax with set menu. Worth it!

The food is ok. Just be prepared to know what you want to order because you will only be shown your seat after ordering and making payment at the counter. Service is good.

Ordered fish and chips. $14.90 without service charge and GST. Total $17.50. I cant say its bad or its super good, but I know its not worth the money. I asked if I could change the fries to something else but the cashier said I cant. If they included a drink and dessert I wouldnt have minded the price, or even gave free water with that service charge, but $17.50 for a normal fish and chips is too much. Wouldnt consider coming again.

We had our craving satisfied at Kenny Rogers with Omni Strips Aglio Olio which was delicious, healthy and low in calories. The Omni strips were generous in portion and we like how we have a wide selection of sides to pair with such as omni spam fries, rotisserie chicken, sausages, onion rings and fries. Not to mention the service was great, staff was friendly and the food was served hot and fast. It was a hearty and valued for money meal at Kenny Rogers!

I remember my first time at Kenny Rogers Great World City back in the 90s. Although I don't frequent it, I remember the muffin which was something we didn't get at most places. Fast forward to 2018, when we came across it in Jem. A quick search on the net informed us that the chain had pulled out of America, but was still operating in Asia. Since then, I have visited the place a few times. Personally, I feel that the roast chicken is not bad, quite tasty, and the thigh drumstick is quite tender. While the portions may have shrunk over the years, a half chicken plate can still fill you up if you're really hungry. Otherwise the quarter chicken is good, not too gelat. This time, I tried the quarter with spaghetti Bolognese. The spaghetti was quite good, the sauce was nice. The muffin is still great, and the texture feels more like a cake, which I kinda enjoy. The mushroom soup is decent, about the same as most places. All in all, it was a good and satisfying meal. The staff is polite and friendly, and their efficiency made my dining experience all the better. Visit during off peak hours as it can get pretty packed with a sizeable queue.

Disappointing food quality. While the grilled chicken taste alright, the meat is too dry, unlike last time (which was many years ago at other outlets). Even the side dishes were sad. The mash potato taste dried out, even the gravy doesn't help. The mac and cheese was hard and again seems dried. The potato salad was decent though and the muffins were still as good as last time. Overall still eatable but food is forgettable. Standard had dropped.
