t	tan eileen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 pc drum & thigh combo just now. Was disappointed to see them over-fried. Could taste the bitterness of the burnt skin though the flesh was succulent. There isn't a distinct taste to the chicken like KFC

Preferably to provide more sauces as it was too little for me. P.s. halal cert pending but the manager assured me they are using only halal ingredients
L	Lau Dexter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. We came at 8pm, and food didn't come till 8.45pm, when all we ordered was 2 waffles. We approached the staff three times, and they kept saying that the waffles are on the way. But actually the they had forgotten about the order, and weren't even making it. It was only after I made a fuss after 40mins of waiting before they even started cooking. The service was horrible considering the restaurant was pretty empty, but all the tables were dirty and uncleared. The waffles were also burnt, and very small for 6.50, and weren't great.

The fries are disappointing and not worth eating. They feel like old fried fries that have been left around tor some time. Limp, and cold. The chicken burger's nice. It's the homeslaw, imo, that delivers. Waffles are good too. Not expecting that taste that I got, but it is a pleasant surprise. Not sure exactly what's in it, but it has a little bit of an extra fragrance beyond the sweetness.

So when they have their own extensive menu, and it’s an array of chicken and waffles, I had to try it! Ordered the Hot Clucker combo for takeaway, it consists of boneless chicken breast, jalapeno and cheddar waffle, homeslaw with hot honey. Combo comes with a side and a drink, I chose tater tots instead of fries. Portion was generous, good balance with the price point. Chicken, waffles, tater tots and homeslaw all tasted great though the chicken was a tad dry and waffles were already limp by the time I ate it. But I enjoyed the food even when it wasn’t hot anymore, imagine how amazing it would be when it’s still hot! I should try it again dining in next time! The only downside was the waiting time, it was quiet at the time and it’s still took pretty long, I left after ordering to takeaway other food and when I returned, I still had to wait a little more. So the food was great but the serving time could be improved!
R	Ray Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very small shop that’s lined up directly opp KFC. This unassuming stall sells addictively gd chicken! They have a drumstick and thigh menu that can be quite pricey. A 2 pcs meal will set u back by about $13. Compared to just 8 bucks for a 2 pcs meal over at KFC. Price aside, the chicken is bloody juicy and the batter has a nice crunch as well. Seasoning is a tad too salty i feel. Should tone that down a notch and it will be perfect!

Introducing a more familiar and softer texture of waffles that has the right colour tone reminiscent to the ones we get from neighbourhood bakery shops. In between the waffles is a succulent crisp and well battered fried chicken. The softness of the waffle really warrants it to be a sandwich. Their fried chicken batter was also quite good and might actually give Arnold's a run for their money.
