The collagen soup is a MUST get, along side the ring rolls as well as beef and pork slices. Tried their herbal soup and was impressed with it as well. Best place for supper as it is open till 3am. Service is exceptional as usual. The kinex outlet is quite huge too!

One of the top favourites for collagen broth soup base. Service is good. Excellent range of food to go into the hotpot. Queues not as crazy as it was when first opened, glad to able to make reservations.

Located on the third floor of KINEX, it definitely is an ulu place to have this famed hotpot franchise - which is known for their collagen soup. As usual, high quality food and good service all round, even comes with a birthday cake during your birthday if you inform them. My go to for high quality hotpot, and definitely visit this outlet if the others are fully booked!

Did a takeaway for the first time.. Usually good Collagen Chicken Soup? nicely packed in bottles put in a really big warmer/cooler bag served with plenty of fresh ingredients properly packed. ?? Nice one! #msgreedysis #greedybuddiez

Premium hotpot. Nice spacious place, not too noisy even when filled with diners. Nice ambience. Gotten a nice booth seat for small group. ?Wide range of things on sauce station. Good thing with relaxed SMM measures, can make own concoction of dips?. I like the tangy Thai Chilli too!? ? Fruits will be watermelon, rockmelon and dragonfruit. ?Soup base were really good, very strong in flavour.? The ingredients were fresh however the cuts were bigger in size, chunkier vs other hotpot places. ? Fish slices, shitake mushroom and handmade fishballs were huge imo. Meat items and pork liver ?. ?Spinach came with holes! I dont expect that tbh.? Choice of side dishes didnt attract me that much.? Service was good. Staff were all polite, attentive and helpful.? Premium hot pot, not for the budget conscious. Two kinds of soup with 2 refills each type cost $20+. The collagen soup is good. Meats are fresh but not very much different than regular hot pot stores.

Great service, love the collagen soup! (Not the usual orders review - They have this cooling coconut soup that is amazing! Love their vegetable (spinach and tang O) goes well with the soup. Handmade udon was slightly tasteless though the texture was great. Pork kidney is fresh.
