★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Bandito Pockett Box Meal and absolutely loved the juicy, spicy chicken breast of the Bandito Pockett. HALLELUYAH!!! said both my tongue and brain in agreement.
Proceeded with the crispy drumstick and the dryness + blandness of the meat + disappointing ratio of batter to actual chicken completely reversed the shiokness of my Bandito Pockett.
The soggy cheese fries damned the whole experience. This meal was the equivalent of being sentenced back to Purgatory after experiencing initial oral bliss. It's a pity because the outlet itself is quite peaceful for solo meals, or eating out with family and having pleasant conversations without needing to shout over background chatter for them to hear you.
Verdict: Skip their 2 pc meal, go for just Bandito Pockett next time.

They often can't fulfill your order accurately, either because they ran out of stock or they didn't read properly, and when they do give you other random items to make up for the incomplete order, the items are nowhere near equal to what you paid for, cheapskates. Drink dispensers aren't checked or maintained properly, so sometimes it dispenses plain gassy water instead. Hard to get the counter staffs attention even when you're literally standing there.

The can drink is not chilled.
3 for $10 is suitable for 2 person.
Or 3 person during teabreak time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible fried chicken, seems they have refried the chicken when I went there at night before 8pm and their closing time is 8pm sharp and they will stop making new chicken by 7.30pm, you can only order what it is left, the chicken that I had was hard and dry, and taste stale, is it because of the increase in oil price so they used the same oil again and again.. This is how I feel, but zinger burger still ok..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This and the Tiong Bahru KFC are the best KFC! Somehow these staff just do better zinger burgers, chicken and especially fries. It taste so much better and fresher. Trust me others can be quite awful with stale fries and drier chicken. I always come back to have my KFC craving here! Surprisingly good ?
