★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant interior looks like similar to Japan. Atmosphere here is not bad. For the food, in terms of food quality and portion are worth the 4 stars rating. Besides, the staff's here are nice too. Generally, pricing are acceptable, only the sushi prices are on the high side for me. If the sushi prices can lower, maybe could attract more side orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is crowded even during Covid but the food comes fast. The sashimi especially the salmon belly is nice and fatty, the wasabi is (in my opinion) kinda authentic and strong. The beef is soft and delicious but the tempura is so so. 5 of us order some shared dishes (sashimi and sushi rolls sets) and some rice/hotpot sets; and 1 bottle of sake (~300ml) and the bill is 168$ which is quite decent.
Service ofcourse can be better as they are understaffed due to the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff in Ichiban especially the female staff with unique name ending ...mini if i can recall. She is bubbly, cheerful & warm. Great memory as she could remember the different order made by different person (there were 4 of us). Amazing! Another staff Eddie was very thoughtful. My husband dropped his chopstick & Eddie offered a new set of chopstick immediately. I always notice that with good management comes happy staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi is not impressive, not comparable to any of the Japanese restaurants in hong kong, not mentioning japan. It's “tasteless”. Before today I didn't know sushi can be tasteless, because as long as the fish is fresh, it won't be too bad. But now I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Beef Lunch set! Staffs are friendly. Feel sorry for the them because the restaurant is under staff. Only 3 staffs took care of everything, clean the table, greet the guests, deliver the food and took care of the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meal was pleasant. Portion is big, price worthy, also you can get free parking in the weekend. However, it is a bit salty. Anyhow a good meal if you wanna to avoid crowds, away from other vibrant shopping malls.
