★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the KFC China Point Town yesterday. There was in total 2 staff working, one uncle and one aunty. The uncle took his job seriously and took the effort to make sure everyone checked in. He was kind enough to recommend to another table which was more comfortable. His singing was also very pleasant to the ears and made my experience eating there an enjoyable one. The aunty (cashier) was fairly adequate too. She made the effort to shout to the back of the kitchen the order to make sure none of it is left out. When my order was wrong, she was quick to resolve it and even bothered to call me when it was ready. Overall, I am very satisfied with this outlet as they made me feel at home. The uncle even said thank you see you again! Very kind and friendly man. Thank you staff at China Point Town KFC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC is in the mall. Close to Chinatown. Chicken was good. Mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw were very small sized. Coleslaw does not taste like the coleslaw in the US. Place was clean, but has no bathrooms. There is a sink to wash your hands though.

The lady Josephine is generally rude and poor attitude when taking my order.
Very disappointing.
The aunt is very helpful when packing my drink. Thanks to her well-served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Deliveroo and my Zinger Burger arrived like it had been sitting out for the whole day. The lettuce was not fresh and was shrivelled and tasted bitter, and the bun was hard and stale. Think twice before ordering!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a currycano meal and currycano box only to be told to collect our drinks first and informed by the unapologetic cashier that there was “no curry sauce” when the food was finally ready. When asked more, she just replied “I don’t know, the kitchen said no sauce”.
Order was places around 9pm, 1 hour before closing time. Restaurant should have taken item off the menu if they were not able to fulfill the orders properly.
Disappointed by the experience which wasn’t made any better by the staff.
