β β β β β Proper in every aspects except for the taste of my meal. Ordered Charcoal grilled premium pork belly on rice, not a single bit of char grilled nor aburi flavour on the slaps of pork.. I have the impression, the pork were heavily coated with starch to tenderize it and simply pan fried. disappointing..

Ordered braised beef rice bowl and 3 type pork (neck, belly and loin) rice bowl.
Verdict: beef tender but a bit salty. Pork wise, only neck and loin were good. Belly slight stench.
I was excited when they mentioned premium Japanese rice⦠alas, not sticky nor fragrant.
A rather underwhelming experience I would say.
