β β β β β I wanted crispy, then the cashier tell me crispy need wait 25mins, orig dun need wait. Then I ok orig.
Then next in line order, ask for orig. then jus nice 1 batch of crispy come out. Then the cashier go tell him, orig need wait 25mins. Crispy dun need.
So I assume the first batch of crispy is for people who ordered first. But no sia. She started giving out to new orders.
So after waited 25mins for orig which is not what I wanted. I went n ask her if can swap to crispy. Cos I see got new batch. But she told me I ordered orig, and need to wait 25mins on top of the 25mins I waited.
Then I not happy, then she say βsui bian, all also chicken, jus eatβ

Iβve been served with overnight fried chicken, overnight mashed potato and overnights veg salad. Iβm glad I wasnβt served with overnight Milo Peng and the water doesnβt have expire date.
Worst KFC ever dined, served trash to people.

β β β β β Consistency so bad. The Chicken Crave Day special original recipe chicken has no flavour and bland. In the past they also miss items for take away orders.

β β β β β So many bad reviews and KFC management is still sleeping on the issues. Understaffed and terminals not working, didnβt bother to block of the screen terminal and i see countless customers trying but unable to check out having to queue all over again. Food quality if the worse i eaten in KFC outlets, cheese fries stale tasting and ridiculously small portion with very little cheese sauce. Only reason they have customers is because of the outlet location in high density area.

β β β β β I don't usually dine at KFC clementi mall but the few times i came here for bfast, i would always see this staff(lady). Apparently, they seemed shorthanded in the mornings . I
would give her excellent for her service. She was polite and smiling despite having to prepare the numerous orders all by herself .I would say to her, soldier on and keep up the good attitude.

β β β β β outlet closed at 1030pm, arrived at 935pm, most of the items are sold out, signature crispy chix sold out, chix tenders sold out, staff are rushing to go home, doing pre closing, closing sections of the restaurant already, i know its fast food but service can surely be improved, asked for more chilli sauce, just throw at my tray, whats the point of asking original or crispy when u have only the former available, wont be back! chix nuggets were simply too dry left in the warmer for goodness christ when? self ordering terminals have been off since whn? service is simply too horrendous!

β β β β β Waited 35 mins for our breakfast meal (10:40-11:15), and even then, we still had to wait for more items. KFC management needs to do better in manning this outlet, they need serious help. This has been an ongoing problem for a while.
