β β β β β Has good 'for one' menus. Ordering is pretty easy at self-ordering kiosk. Was served faster and the place is clean as well. Nice ambience, ok for small groups of 4. Recommended.

β β β β β Located at the basement of JEM, this is a typical KFC outlet. It is good that there are ample seating areas in the outlet. And if you would like to skip the queue, there are self-ordering kiosks located at the entrance of the outlet to order your food.

β β β β β Not even worth the 1 star. Should be given ZERO. Waited for 30mins for my orders AND guess what, itβs not captured in their system. Totally missed out on my orders which I had paid for. Spend your money elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake as me.

β β β β β Really disappointed with store manager Emma. We were given a complimentary meal from KFC Bukit Timah due to an error in order. I tried claiming the complimentary meal at this store and was being rejected unless I asked the Bukit Timah store manager to talk to her as they do not process complimentary meals offered by a sister outlet. I was really disappointed that she did not take into account that as a customer I make no distinction between stores but expect KFC to enhance customerβs experience by minimising their inconvenience. The lack of customer focus here is appalling.

β β β β β Was here for breakfast. While KFC has never been known for its breakfast options, the experience was regretfully sub-par. Special order turned out wrong, food portion was miniscule (compared to rival fast food) making the price so not worth what you are getting. Drinks were so diluted it tasted like flavored water (yes, even when no ice was added). The redeeming qualities include: crispy hash brown, attentive service crews, and clean bright space. This review is for breakfast experience only.

β β β β β Situated in JEM MALL, food court Area. Better to order online to avoid hurry on making Ques on Billing Session. We ordered a Barbeque Chicken Burger & Tender Chicken. It was served Quickly. I had the drink of 7up(or sprite) i couldn't get actual pic of the drink server machine. Drink was very pathetic, no taste, just an Ice water drink with small sweet and sour taste. Except this everything there is fine. I am not sure, how would be the other drinks in that Drinks Station, they shkwn pics of Cola, Pepsi,and others etc.
Seating area was very Large, to a capacity of min. 50-60pax at a time.
