★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outlet situated in the basement of Lot One shopping mall. With the covid-19 situation the outlet sits approximately 30 pax. It is not exactly the nicest place to have kfc at the moment due to the layout and how they design crowd circulation (people will be walking and standing in close vicinity to your table).

Got cheated of a BBQ cheese popsicle by KFC. Contacted KFC customer service, but no response from them at all. Reading from other google reviews, it looks like they always mess up their takeaway orders. Super bad experience at this store and with the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really miss their melts, used to be my go to meal in the past until the phase it out. I believe something similar would be the pocket meal. Ate their zinger burger instead, and it's nice as usual. Love their cheese fries somehow the best cheese fries amongst the fast food chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse KFC service at it's best. One out of four self service kiosk is not working. its ok i just wait for the only kiosk since there's a CLOSED sign at the counter. Waited 12-15mins for the couple infront making their orders.. and F! Its ok i went to the counter to queue since I saw the cashier already attended two customers.. when its my turn, the cashier shouted CASH PAYMENT ONLY to everyone in the queue !!! I wasted more than 20mins at a FAST FOOD restaurants for NOTHING !!! but a very distasteful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow (>1hour wait). This store provides the worse fast-food experience (visited this store >4 times). Chicken, bread and fries are dry or hard. Even blackout once when I was there and they didn't even display my number (made me wait 1.5hr when my food was ready and left there. Was cold when I had it). Update: their potato wedges are horrible. So hard at the ends.
If possible, I'll give zero star rating.

Table for online pick up is empty all the way, only for show for sure.
Only after standing at the counter 15 minutes past the pick up time, then a response by the staff to ask.
Best to order in store, rather than back on the convenience of pre-order, since the in-store orders get fulfilled in less than 5 minutes.

Didn't enjoy the porridge. Preferred hawker $1 or $2 old folk porridge. It is bland, thick (taste gluey)
The riser (bun) is alright. Average bun.
Oh the hash browns is good. But personal preference, preferred M'd breakfast
