Perfect meal after my morning walk

The order took awhile to arrive, but the deliverer is apologetic about it. Able to strike a casual conversation about it. Can get really crowded with students during weekday afternoons.

Hi, I do understand that orders may be fulfilled with delay on a public holiday but what i cannot stand is the inefficiency of the staff. Arguing in front of customers and what is more infuriating is the fact that we have been waiting for 40mins straight when our number was called 20mins ago. It is very misleading for customers to see their queue number being called and for your staff to just answer it with “oh we are still preparing and there are other orders to clear”. It can be seen there was a bunch of staff present but nobody was actually doing anything.

Been coming here for dine in or takeaway ever since i was young. The service here has been okay, but recently there has been a noticeable change in their attitude towards customers and their work efficiency. Went to take away and i was the only one standing there waiting for my order but it took me 20mins to get my order. Why? Because all the staff care about is fulfilling the mobile orders and dont care about the walk-in orders. there doesnt seem to be lack in staff as there are at least 5 ppl standing near the counter but walking to and fro, for what? Idk. I dont think that is very effective from the way they work. Shouldnt you fulfil the walk-in orders first as customers are alrdy at the shop. Ppl who order thru mobile order are not in the shop yet. Also, all the malay staff rly needs to undergo customer service training, esp if shes wearing the yellow 'happy-to-serve- shirt. A girl came to the counter saying her order has not arrived as she was dining in and she had the table no. but for some reason the staff couldnt find her table no. From what i heard, she didnt even raise her voice or anything she just simply voiced her displeasure about waiting so long despite having the table no. After she left, the group of malay staff were glaring at her as she walked away and began to gossip in their language. I can understand a little bit of what they were saying and basically, they were blaming the customer for not putting the table no. at a noticeable place. Err lol. Maybe if you cant take the pressure of working in fnb, then a career switch might be the choice for you. Hope they can improve on their attitude & work efficiency because i went at a non peak time. I can alrdy imagine the amount of complaints they gonna get during peak hours. Edit: i went to dabao today and again, they are still like that lol. Just towards a different customer this time. I srsly dont understand how bad mouthing customers, even minutes after they have left, can do you any good. ALL their staffs have attitude problem, not just the staff i mentioned above.

Wish to express my most sincere thanks to Serene and her colleagues at Mac Lot 1 for helping my Dad and Mum when my Dad fell and injured his head. Mac staff ( Serene and her colleagues) help my dad to get up and bring him to the nearby clinic . Mum was worried sick and Serene help to calm her down and communicate with me and offer first aid to my Dad. She even waited for us at clinic and help us to push my Dad in wheelchair to go A&E. She is very helpful and kind, went above her work duty to help my parents in need. So grateful to her and very grateful to her colleagues too. Thank you, kind angels!!

Despite many customers, food was prepared on time. We requested for no lettuce for 1 of our burgers. However, it came with the lettuce. The counter lady was nice and quick to react. She apologised and replaced it immediately. V pleased w the service!

Happy meal order deliveries beware ! The staff in this outlet seems lazy or just cannot be bothered on the happy meal books that the kids should get. Can u imagine how unhappy the kids are when seeing their happy meal books being the same for 3 weeks? Clearly, this week book is not the fish edition as seen from the official website. Avoid deliveries if you can. Also, food often came cold. Will give them zero star if I can!

We chose this place for a morning breakfast. Ordered a pancake meal with black coffee and hash brown. Worth a try if you are in the Mall and wanting some quick breakfast in peace. The dine in sections are usually empty and the takeaway orders are the maximum with the pandemic.
