I ordered via Grabfood and was surprised that both the chicken and the tenders are still crispy. The chicken batter is crispy and is seasoned sufficiently (not too salty or bland). The tenders are also good too - with good chunk of meat in it.

No having good food experience with Popeyes. Have not try out at this outlet.
Words of advised. There must be a well mix of staff from different ethnic group and races.

β β β β β The staff are damn fast and nice. Service is amazing. Their little banter with the burger king staff is pretty entertaining.

β β β β β Food is okay. Service is so so. Tables are not cleaned during diner turnover. Some patrons did not clear their trays and litter. A peksy fly accompanied our dining experince. Hope they improve.

β β β β β Chicken taste good and juicy. The staff packing the food is very nice and friendly. I ordered take away and chicken is still crispy. Need improvement on the garlic rice thou.

β β β β β Took almost 40 minutes for my food to arrive. Management should really hire more staff, only one staff handling packing of food and one cooking. They were really struggling during the lunch hour.
Popeyes should just close down this outlet if they really can't be bothered to make sure the outlet runs properly.

The chicken has an odd smell (like bread) and really taste different from other branches not crispy too ( I ordered from other branch grab before was fine) I only had the garlic rice and fish luckily I ordered fish.. they also didnβt follow the order description. Best to avoid

β β β β β The dining experience is a disaster. There aren't enough employees, and the table isn't clean. After eating, many left their trays on the table. The staff did not clear in a timely manner. That's a significant quantity of takeout orders. My fried mushrooms took around 15 minutes to arrive, and I was pleased to have it freshly prepared. I'm hoping to see the stall improve
