Bad service, trying to order just a small drink and gave an attitude and showing me they're busy with 0 to little customers at the outlet. Even tried explaining to them that i only had cash and couldn't use the kiosk and her response was to click her tounge at me and ignored me. Not going there ever again

Rather skeptical reading the online comments but decided to head down for a breakfast on Sunday morning. Indeed a quiet place but the food serve was way beyond expectations. 1) Hashbrowns are freshly fried on the spot 2) Croissan'wich were served hot 3) Everything taste fresh and delicious Do head down on a Sunday morning for a quiet and peaceful breakfast away from shopping mall crowds. Weekdays and lunch onwards no guarantees

The staff at the counter is super rude. Yelling and pressing bell impatiently, scared all of the people around the floor. She might need help to deal with her life, #burgerking please do something about it.

Worse experiences I ever had with Fastfood restaurants. Couldn't believe my orders was delayed for 5 sessions.. from 9:30pm to 9:44, to 9:50 to 9:55 to 10:00pm and until 10:10pm.

Went there on Sunday morning (17/07/22), ard 10:30am, the restaurant were empty when we there, can tell their staffs are not that busy, only another family there having their breakfast with their kids. The counter staff (middle age, short black hair with spectacles lady) she really RUDE and yelling at us in VERY LOUD VOICE, while we were standing near to the counter and discuss what for breakfast (we not even talk to her we want to order here at the counter). 1st she yelling to us “NO BREAKFAST” we “har”?? (now only 10:30am wor…), we shocked why no breakfast and walked nearer… she then yelling to us again “NO BREAKFAST”, after few second I then realised what she means is “Now breakfast” (Now is breakfast time), ?? well okies we knew now is breakfast time, thank you for yr “reminding” by yelling at us… Then, following by another yelling : YOU CANNOT ORDER HERE, GO THE MACHINE… (Again, WE KNOW, and we never say we want to order at the counter)!!! ??‍♀️ after we processed our order from the kiosk machine, we went find seat at the area near ceiling fans (their air-con not working hence we choose somewhere near to ceiling fans)… She then yelling at us again! “You cannot sit here for breakfast”! She ORDER us to sit at the corner WITHOUT aircon and fan there…????? I went many different fast food restaurants, this happened to me 1st time in my life… the counter staff ORDER us where to sit (even our grandmother never do that to us, we don’t know who she think she is…?) ~ Yes, not “asking” but ORDER!!! Actually, is not that you cannot seek cooperation from customers to change their seat, for any reasons, what you need to do is just talk to ppl IN NICE WAY, but not yelling and trying to be rude or showing attitude! I see many negetive reviews here mention abt the same thing (the attitude of the staff), some reviews even few mths back but till today never improve… 1 star here is over rate, I would like to give a minus if the system allow ~ ?? The management shall pay more attention on recruitment, not everyone suitable for front desk/service staffs (that person at least to have BASIC manner)! or they will bring in bad culture to our living home.

The order computer was on. We ordered our food at 7 am. The staff told us only can get food at 7.10. please might as well open at 7.10 when you are fully ready. Make me wait 10 minutes. Fast food my foot

Ordered through the gpay app, ended up waiting for more than 1 hour and received the wrong burger. If you can't handle the online traffic during peak hours then just don't do it. Didn't wait 1hr just to receive disappointment.

Simple lunch at Burger King. The Affogato Sundae is really good and not too sweet too!
