Talk behind people’s back, think abt herself, can’t u just do ur job and satisfy the customers instead of giving us ur attitude ? If u can’t give ppl the order they want just leave lah for what wait any longer !?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is not bad, the orders accurate, and the location is convenient, but sometimes, the staff is very rude. Today, an auntie berated me for no reason because she sent the food order to the wrong table. She's getting angry at me for her own incompetence. Shame on you. While bringing my food to my table, she just shoved the tray onto the other end of the table from where I'm sitting. Wah lao eh. So freaking rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff take their own sweet time....come on, Not busy at all. I’m the next one. The 2 red young guys, look very sleepy in the early morning 9am , He very very SLOW to collect my payment and I wait very LONG for my burger which already done. What kind of service!!! sugar , plastic .. everything just put aside ask me put in.... I advice need to be improve the service here and provide training for them again !!!

The cashier (Lily) was inexperienced and so do check your bill before u pay. Just sharing, I brought a meal and switched by cold drink to hot cappuccino and she charged $3.70. I pointed out the errors but she keeping saying that’s is correct until the manager came to fix it. The correct difference is $.075.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a fan of McDonald’s. 20 Dec Monday 2021 deal was big breakfast one for one. Arrived there, told me the the app cannot use their machine not working. End of story. Waste my time just to go there. lol management you ok anot? If there’s a deal and your machine not working, I can’t redeem?
