★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought chicken pie for dinner only to found out that the chicken inside was spoilt after a few bites and asking my fam why it didn’t taste like chicken pie... was slimy and tasted so salty. Wouldn’t come back again with such poor quality control.. buy at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard here has dropped tremendously from order taking to cleanliness, and I have been coming here sporadically for years. I am here for the 2nd day in a row and it has been a big challenge to find a clean table. Both times I came with the cafe at 20-30% capacity and tables are not clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had work lunch there today. Steak was delicious and came in a decent portion. Set with coffee, soup and a slice of bread. Self service but food ready quite quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice breakfast set with drinks. However the premise could do much better with clean tables and seats. You could practically see tables that are greasy and stained. Staff in charge of taking order was sarcastic when asked is that tablet for trace together tap-in, his reply was curt…‘you should have done it earlier when ordering’

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocre food, unpleasant atmosphere. We ordered quite a bit of food to try, only the bacon in the pasta was good. Even the kopi was a 3-in-1 mix.
The ordering and waiting system was messy, and the tables/trays were extremely smelly, like the cleaning cloth was not rinsed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy the brunch options at Hans. The staff are sometimes slow in clearing the tables though. Sometimes you see stacks and stacks of used utensils and cutlery during and after peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christmas Mala $17.80 was good, Turkey & Mushroom Aglio Olio $16.80 (gst included) was bad. The mushrooms didn't taste good, they used low grade bacon bits and I couldn't taste the garlic. Not worth the price.
