Alot of children's toys and clothing to choose from. Discounted items can be quite cheap. Some items may be a bit more expensive when compared to online stores. Overall quite satisfactory especially if you bring your kids along.

Good place to shop for toys. In fact, this is one of the best place in Yishun region to get toys for the young ones. It helps that they have discounts which helps to ease the burden on the wallet when parents want to pamper the young ones a bit. Also a good place to get children's wear and maternity related stuff. The staff is usually helpful and polite.

Quality products. All in one place for kids shopping.Better to be a member (10SGD) if you gonna be a regular customer. New born dresses are big in size ? Normally the price is above average.

I visited Northpoint kiddy palace on 25th Oct about 6pm . I was looking for school bags for my son urgently as His current one spoiled . And the same time , wanna to find one nice bag for my daughter , she is going to childcare soon . Unfortunately, when I reached the bags area , there was a staff sitting there to pack all the new stocks like clothes … she blacked my way . Avoid to trouble her , so I stood a bit far to look at all the bags first , when I decided two models , I gently passed by her , apologised for disturbing her ( this is naturally from heart ) , she did not reply anything to me . Nvm … I thought she would move a bit ! In the end , I found it’s really limited space for me , I even couldn’t make a turn . She was still doing her work slowly , ignoring me , without any move !! I was so shocked, Can’t believe such an bad attitude for client . She really no manners . That day marked the worst experience in kiddy palace . Finally , I took another one from the main entrance which is newer compare to those hang up on the display. For my daughter one , I ordered from online . I had no mood to choose anything from there . Why I wrote this here ? Bcos i still can’t accept such service from her . I hope the management take note On this , No matter it’s small money or big money , staff should provide professional service in the sales floor .

Patronized the shop to buy 2 sets of full month present and requested wrapping service. When I am collecting the items, they said there is only small standard bag to stuff in for all the things I purchased! It is super obvious that I am gifting and it should be 2 bags to leave. If I want a bigger bag or separate bags, I need to pay extra money. What a shop and experience!

One of the biggest Kiddy Palace Island wide. Most of the toys, clothing, and all the kids related stuff you can find here. Not expensive. Moderate in price and many have promotion as well. It is in northpoint city where many other outlets also available and can spend time for shopping for everything we need in a single place and not crowded at all. Staff also helpful and keen to assist the customers.
