★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr Leo previously because my child had a lung infection but he insisted that antibiotics are not required. The fever continued and I had to bring my child to NUH, ended up had pus collection around the lung. As a mother, I know that there are many fellow mothers on various chat groups (especially non locals) who want to do natural recovery/treatment without much medications, and they might like his method. However, this should not continue if the condition is really serious and needs antibiotics. In fact, I would want any condition in my child to be picked up early by the doctor and treated properly early to prevent such serious things from happening. I do blame myself for not listening to my instinct and followed his advice, as he is a PD for children. I am not sure if his method of treatment is more suitable for people from overseas with different immunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love doctor Leo, he has been our pediatrician for 4 years (2 kids), always there to help and they love him back (thats a plus).
Glad to have found an American doctor all the way here who just dosnt throw medications at your kids for the smallest illnesses. We like that he takes his time in explaining things to you and you don't just become another one in the Q.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Leo is exactly how a paediatrician should be. He takes time to answer parents’ questions and concerns, he knows when to be worried and when not. He is very breastfeeding friendly (he won’t suggest to use formula) and understands and addresses parents opinion. He won’t try to convince you unless you as parent are comfortable too. His service is just perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dr Hamilton. We've been seeing him for over 4 years with 2 kids. I like him because he is continuously updating his approach based on latest research. I have even seen subtle differences in his approach between my 2 kids as information has updated over the years. I would say he neither over- nor under-prescribes - a lay person assessment of course - but in my experience he won't prescribe medication for a condition that doesn't need it, but then if medication is needed, he goes straight to the medication that WORKS and doesn't waste your time or money with treatments that are only semi-effective (which was a problem I had with other Paeds in SG). He has thus far been on the money with every issue I've had with my kids. I also find his manner very calming and reassuring, and makes the time for all my silly questions, which is essential for me as a highly anxious mum. I notice some other commenters say he is pro-breastfeeding - I'd like to reassure those mothers that struggle with this (as I did) that he doesn't push it and absolutely supports formula too. I always come away from appointments feeling confident.
