First visit was charged Ear Clearance Complex which was fine as the procedure took almost 20 minutes. 2nd visit for follow up took less than 3 minutes but was charged Ear Clearance Complex again on top of repeat consultation fee. No ear clearance needed in the first place as my ear was already recovered. Complex Ear Clearance twice in less than a week? Scam.

TI am totally disappointed with Dr Hobbs as I felt he was not helpful at all also and he did not explain to me what he was going to do or check and what was the reason! He just simply took a spray and sprayed into my nostrils not even explaining what is that for?? Even before I could react as my throat was getting numb he took a wire and inserted it into my nose *Endoscopy. The least expected or I would have appreciated is for him to explain what he is up to and why? After doing all the procedures he told me he is unable to find anything in my ears and the eardrums looked clear! He told me he saw a lump behind my nose and asked me if I knew the reason! And obviously I will not know! That really made me feel concerned but he did not explain further instead told me he will give me a nasal spray to use. At this point I am not even sure what is going on and why nasal spray! He quickly then told me that he will see me in two weeks if I am still having pain in my ears! I walked out of the room not knowing what just happened and of course being a private clinic the price was 600 plus! It was not about the money but I felt I was charged so much and nothing was done to make me feel better. Only good thing I got to say is about the staff there as they were really nice and helpful! Especially a lady called Agnes. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to see Dr Hobbs! I had to go for a second opinion the same week to Dr Chan (K O Chan ENT clinic) ! He is really good and the problem was as easy as just removing my earwax! Now the pain is completely gone!
