β β β β β Doctor is very kind, understanding and of course is full of experience. He was not irritated at all when my son cried out loud for the whole time he did the assessment. He also explained to me carefully and answered all my questions. He would prescribe mild medicine for the children before giving stronger medicine so the children have the chance to fight against the sickness by themselves first.

β β β β β Doctor Heng is your old school doctor who takes down notes diligently while diagnosing the patient. He long experience with kids enables him to accurately predicts the kid's behaviour. Without going into lab tests, based on his questioning and examination, he's informed "guess" (for the lack of a better word) of the possible cause of the illness is almost spot-on all the time.

β β β β β Doctor is very patient and kind. I always bring my child to this clinic and the medicines are really good even though they are not strong. My child usually recovers within 3 days. I will strongly recommend all parents to bring their kids here if they fall sick.

β β β β β The waiting time is terribly long, more than an hour. The consultation charges is higher than other pd, around 90 without medication. With medication, around 130. No worth waiting and paying so much.
l have seen the doctor twice within 2 weeks. Somehow, the medication for flu and cough does not work well on my child. The flu and cough do not go away. l do a follow up visit to check my child's condition. The medication still remain the same. l wonder if the medication is effective.

β β β β β Overall, pleasant experience with this clinic.
Staff were friendly and Dr Heng was very detailed in his checking and explanation during all my visits.
So far, waiting time is okay for me. It can be quite long during peak timing but only experienced it once throughout my 4-5 visits there.

β β β β β Receptionist answered my question impatiently, in the end just reply me with "you have to come down to our clinic". I have made meaningless travel and waiting time at this clinic with zero outcome. They don't even have the service I want

β β β β β Doctor charges a lot, gives useless medicine. My son went here for a cough, and he didnβt cure it, charged us $150. And another time he charged us $150 for a mosquito bite with blisters, 80 dollars for consultation and 70 for medicine. Only saw him for less than 5 min each time. We wonβt go back again.
