worst customer service eva! They may look like a pro from outside the shop with those luxurious watches in displayed. But they can't even resize the steel bracelet of a Tudor watch. The lady who attended to me was initially very friendly, not until i asked do you offer resizing watch bracelet, i was wearing my seiko 5 at that time, and i can see her smile and disguised friendliness faded away and with doubts in her mind, then she told me oh no we don't do 'that' watch.... right... im not there to throw your standard and imagout the window, even if i did my seiko 5 is still a watch!! Later she started to back off, and try to empathy me by accepted the job forcefully, then i told her it is not this watch that i wanted to do the adjustment, i took my Tudor from my pocket and show it to her. Later without even took the watch from me to have a good look, she told me ooooh sorry.. we could not do this type of watch because we do not have the tool... #*!? oooh we do not have the tool because the this watch is an old watch... double whammy...#%!* i was pissed and i just walk away. It hurts when you spent 30min travel all the way here hoping the review on google was right about the shop. Eventually it turns out to be otherwise. Just for your good information kim puh whatever the name of your shop is, i managed to get it done for free in 2 mins by well not a watch shop but a jewelry shop near you. Hock Wah Jewelry did if for free for me. you just drop the ball big time. I will never come to either your watch or spectacle shop in future, and I want others to know as well. my condolence to you and your business. no thanks and bad bye!!

We chanced upon this optical shop in Bedok and decided to give it a try. Service is good. The man is patient and gave us good and reasonable price too. Value for money.
