★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst male doc I have ever seen in my life. Uncaring, cold and not professional.
He was not interested to check on my injury. When I asked him to write a memo and checked with him whether he knew what happened exactly, he said he doesn’t need to know what happened exactly. He said my injury will just heal by itself., no action required. Then my hubby asked how about ice... only then he said it’s good idea to ice.. we have to teach him what to tell me what to do...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been my go to clinic for many years now, same for my hubby. Doctor Lai is really helpful and patient, she gives us plenty of advice and will take time to talk to us and soothe our nerves if any. She's also knowledgeable and sure of what she's doing. The staff there are also always polite and friendly. They will continue to be my preferred choice of clinic!

. The lazy staff nurse at reception was telling its not a panel clinic. I was called and verified its a panel..
Really don't understand... There was no patient at all... Better closed down.... Really not helpful to people..
