Bedsheet designs are good. But sales and office department handling services are horrible. 1)It would be better if there's a phone contact number provided for the customers to call for urgent cases such as the availability of the products, the timing, in the time of online site break down or email is not working and other urgent cases to clarify to get assistance. 2)While handling complicated issues, (P-T) staff should practises patience and calmness to have a clear mind to listen to the customer and think clearly. Everybody make mistakes, it is not a shame or fault to make mistakes. But it is hopeless to be arrogant and irascible by refusing to listen to the elaboration/clarification and being rude. If the issue is too hard for the staff on duty to understand or make clear, staff should at least stay calm and remains politeness, take pictures of all receipts, sent it to the manager or other staffs to settle it, and appease the customers by letting them know that the issue will be follow up and need some time for clarification, and if there's a need for refund, the company will refund through PayNow afterwards. I believe this will not causes any resentment of the customers to arise.

The in-store salesperson was courteous, patient, and professional, and was knowledgeable about the products on offer. She also recommended complementary items for my purchase, but was never pushy nor forceful at any time during our interaction. Two thumbs up!
