Portions were big, so that is a good point. However, the fried rice and horfun were really really bland! Hokkien mee was still ok.
Overall, the experience was disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be frank, it is not a once-off incident, thus I decided to post here.
Recently I placed order via call and was told to be there 30 mins later. So I went over 40 mins later, giving a 10 mins buffer. Upon reaching, they told me food was not ready and need to wait another 30 mins for it.
If they have so many orders and cannot commit, then should not have mislead the time gauge for customers. Should not do business this way. It is just not right to waste ppl’s time this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just so happened to order from this tze char stall but didn’t read the google reviews before ordering. Turns out the food was quite good.
I ordered 4 dishes with rice: sweet sour pork, salted egg sotong, broccoli & mushroom, minced meat tofu. All tasted excellent and my guests all complemented the food being nice and tasty. Too excited this forgot to take any photos. The best part was the salted egg sotong batter still CRISPY after being left in the takeaway container for close to an hour as I waited for my guests to arrive. Definitely recommend.
Ordered through grab food opted for self pickup thus pick & go. Didn’t encounter any rude staff like what others encountered.
Just a note though. The menu on grab food is quite limited but I believe they only put their best sellers there. You can order from the stall for the full menu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call in to place order. Your staff mentioned 1 crab around 800gram so I ordered 2 crabs but it can seen from the picture here that one of the crabs is clearly smaller than the other. It's obvious that it is not 800 grams. Feel cheated!

Standard of the fried rice has dropped. Prefer the previous team, heard there was a shuffle of chefs and service crew in late 2021 and really can taste the different in the cooking standard

The usual neighbourhood hor fun seafood stall. Sweet and sour pork rice at $5 for ntuc members and $5.50 for public. Due to covid, closing time is earlier instead of 12 midnight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving four star for the pepper crab for today and the coffee pork ribs I tried sometime back. Fried rice is something I would give a miss. Horfun was average. Seem like quite popular around the neighborhood as its usually busy during peak hour.
