Around this time last year, I was preparing for my 2nd FET. When my 1st FET failed, I was devastated. I told myself maybe I need to adjust my body to prepare for my 2nd FET. I chanced upon Kin Teck Tong at Century Square and booked an appointment with Dr Diana. It was totally the right decision. I told Dr Diana, I only had less than a month to prepare. She prescribed me with medications, did accupuncture, cupping and tuina. And guess what... the 2nd transfer worked all thanks to her and Esther. Today I have a happy and healthy baby girl. I am forever grateful to Diana and Esther.

I reached out to Kin Teck Tong initially due to pregnancy hypotension. I was out and about with my sister one day to have dinner, and on my way back I almost fainted. After seeing Dr Goh at KTT, I felt more energetic and able to perform work well until the end of my pregnancy. Esther also helped me to massage my lymph nodes for pre-natal lactation massage. My colostrum kicked in on first day and my baby is feeding well without formula top up.

I visited Kim Teck Tong (Bedok Mall) outlet with a lower back pain. The treatment offered by physician Diana and massage therapist Richard was very professional and superb. The acupuncture and massage has definitely help to relieve my lower back pain. Staffs at this outlet was very friendly too! Definitely my choice for TCM visit.

Dr Goh is great. Followed her here from the Tampines outlet. She is patient and thorough in explaining. Therapists are great too. One thing they need to really improve on is their bookings. I am a regular and they have forgotten my weekly /same day and time booking for the 2nd time. I have already told them to book till end of Dec when they forgot my booking in early Nov. They forgot my appointment again this week. I do not stay nearby so it is very frustrating to come down only to be told there was no booking for me. Mine is a recurring ailment and skipping a session means I have to manage the pain till the next session. Maybe I need to find another alternative.

Staffs are nice and friendly. Past Treatment was fine as well even with the price on the higher side. Felt back discomfort and slight pain when woke up on 5-May-22 and booked for Bone setting and went for treatment in the afternoon, ended with Bone setting, cupping(agreed to pay for this) and 2x tui na pain therapy(Didn't expect to be charged). Overall cost: $160 Treatment process was fine and did reduce the backpain I was experiencing then but the backpain returns together with neck pain after around 2hours. Unable to sleep now due to the increased pain level. Called HQ to check on the charges, as every visit it seems i was charged differently even with same service. Got a callback and told Bone setting and cupping both does not come with pre-tui na (Up to therapist judgement). So do expect to pay the additional tui na cost. Upset as I paid more than expected and condition got worsen until I am having difficulties sleeping with pain. UPDATE: Called from HQ and branch to go down and receive treatment to rectify the pain. Cost was waived. Corrective action was fast, hopefully the treatment does work for a longer period.

I got lower backache around 2weeks. Even i couldn’t sleep as well. I visited Kim Teck Tong (Bedok Mall) outlet and meet Dr.Diana. The acupuncture given by physician Diana and massage therapist Richard was very professional. The acupuncture has perfectly help to relieve my pain. Staff at this outlet was very kind as well. Thank you for help me recovering. Luckily I found this place.

I’ve been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for the past one week and it was so intense that I visited Kin Teck Tong Bedok Mall Branch to seek treatment. I was attended to by the friendly and meticulous Physician Diana who made the visit and acupuncture session a literally painless and relaxing session. I was also attended to by Helen, the therapist, who helped to massage my shoulder and performed Gua Sha. The entire session was equally enjoyable as Helen will explain patiently the steps that she’s performing and the possible ache I would experience. I walked out of the clinic feeling a heavy weight off my shoulder and neck and I’m definitely looking forward to my next appointment with Physician Diana and Therapist Helen! Oh, not forgetting Katherine, the personable front desk lady with a bright smile!

I was only 3mths post partum then one day my pelvic just gave way and went CROOKED (as shown). Was in so much distress as I could not even carry or feed my baby and was unable to even carry her out of her bed to feed, I could barely sit properly or even get off my bed, even when I lay flat it just hurts; that’s just how bad and how much pain i was in. When i stand, my whole body just tilts to one side. My friend referred me to Physician Diana and Therapist Richard since they have specialty in post partum recovery. Knowing I was in so much distress and pain, they were so nice to squeeze a slot in for me despite being so booked. The 90min to & fro drive from sembawang to have it fixed was SO worth it. I feel so much better now in just a single adjustment, i can stand straight, it does not hurt much anymore but I will be going back more for proper recovery. All the staffs there are sooo friendly and helpful. The hospitality they gave us and my baby was really 10/10. Even provided my husband with a nursing cover when my child was sleeping and a bigger treatment room so my husband and child could be in the same room without being exposed outside since the omicron covid outbreak is bad. I highly highly recommend them! Once again I would really like to thank Physician Diana, Therapist Richard and all the friendly team members there :’)
