★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a corporate check up package, don’t know why ratings are so low but even though the place was pretty packed, it felt like a pretty well oiled operation with people constantly being called for the various checks. I finished a full checkup in about less than 2 hours :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than polyclinic. Very long queue, with appointments and still queue for hours. What is the appointment for?
Customer service hotline not responding.
Waited 5 weeks for a health screening result. Scheduled tele-med for health screening review, but it is late for 30 mins. For that 30 mins, you not sure if they still gonna call you. As usual, appointment hotline is not responding.
If you are planning for a health screening, go to another private clinic or even polyclinic.
Will feedback to my company to change the partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is small but staff is friendly and hardworking. Managed to complete within 2hrs fornthe health screening. Suggest to have an enclosed area for the breakfast instead of at the waiting area to see the doctor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had scheduled for health screen a month ago. We reached about 8.45am the clinic already half full. After an hour we had not have any test done, I went to the counter how long will it take to start the procedure, the admin staff so happen I can go and take urine sample. Shouldn't this be done after registration I asked. We are last to finished the whole health screening at about 12.40pm. Whole place look disorganised and I see a few complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small space. Looks like a shady side business started in whatever space was left after all other clinics in the building were occupied. This also results in super long delays because only so many things can be done at one time. Cant blame the staff really. They try to make the most of the limited resources provided to them by the disgusting management. Actual tests take perhaps about 1 hour but you will additionally spend about 3 hours simply waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give minus stars for the place and no wonder the rating is such poor. I was fully prepared that the experience won’t be nice before my visit after reading the comments but still it’s a nightmare to me.
I booked the appointment in advance with add on items on top of the package provided by my company and checked the acceptable payment method before my visit. On the screening day, I was told the addon items haven’t been booked at all when I visited at 8:30am. and I have either to wait until lunchtime or revisit on another day. When I finally finished the entire process, they denied the acceptable payment method which was confirmed in the booking appointment as well as the brochure from parkway. I was extremely unhappy with the experience and the counter staffs started to bully me and yell at me and blaming me being unhappy. It is crystal clear that it’s the problem with their process but what they can do is bullying you and keeping you waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was initially concerned about coming here for health screening after seeing all the unfavorable reviews but my personal experience was pretty good. Managed to complete everything under 2 hours. All the staff were working with a sense of urgency. The sandwich is nice. Place is abit small but always a seat available. Keep up the good work.
