★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A joke of a clinic. There might be good pds but not worth the trouble of waiting 4 to 5 hours to see them. As one poster indicate. Extremely bad time management in a clinic . No appointments are available, only walk-ins. In these covid times, don't understand the logic of stuffing everyone in the same space . Was designated to them by my gynae.if given a choice, I would stay away from this place. The parking is extremely hard to find and pricey. With the valet service taking up a huge chunk of parking spaces, in all, you pay a huge amount for minimal service. There are better pds at better locations with better clinics with better time management .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Pradeep is such an out of the box, extremely assuring and hilarious PD. Dude is totally a gem; Shame that the clinic is run poorly with terrible staff attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been visiting Dr Justin Tan for consultation since my daughter was born. Thanks to my gynae who recommended him to us. Our family is grateful to have known Dr Justin who is caring in treating my daughter. His diagnosis is spot-on and his treatment is effective. Dr Justin's explanation is clear and no time is wasted in his busy clinic schedule. Yes, there can be some waiting time to see him but it's worthwhile. I believe Dr Justin is one of the best PDs you can find in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my daughter here for 3 years and more often than not there's a long wait or it's not open at the stated time. The only reason why we keep coming back is for the great doctors... Unfortunately today is the last straw. Waited an hour after stated opening times with no opening in sight... Went upstairs to another doctor who I find now is equally great and the clinic is managed well... Shame that the clinic takes the mickey out of people and children's time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the clinic can be crowded and waiting time is long, the nurses here are nothing but empathetic, kind and friendly! They try their best to attend to ALL the parents who are anxious in getting our kids attended to by the doctor. Will like to give a shoutout to Dr Pradeep too for being the most reassuring doctor who explains clearly. Plus point for being really funny and relatable too!! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is hard selling medicine to ftp, simply try medicine without asking us and sell us after "demo". The attachment is the medicine he demo on the infant before asking.
Meanwhile the jaundice blood test take 5 hours to get the result, while the blood test in polyclinic take max 30 minutes to get the result. Please do not think private clinic is better than polyclinic.
