★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff were really unpleasant here and not helpful at all, it felt like they looked down on patients. I didn't even book an appointment after because of the bad experience, it's not just worth it even for the convenience of it being right under my office. :( Hopefully our corporate office would take this off their list and include the other nearby clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was feeling really unwell and informed the counter staff. She asked if I've made an appointment i said no. She said sorry we only take in appointment and the doctor is full unable to see you.
I shared that I've went around and many clinics around the area is closed, can she make an exception. She then suggested to make an appointment for me the next day.
I'm amazed by the rigidity when you are in healthcare industry. Or for pure humanity, when someone is unwell, having bad diarrhoea, you standby your principle and decline a patient that requires attention.
We can't predict when we fall ill, operating on pure appointment and rigidity as a healthcare provider is dissappinting.
I sincerely wish that the business will look into reviewing its values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both doctors combine excellent diagnostic skills with a warm and caring family medicine service. The nurse who provides post-operative wound care is very empathetic, gentle, competent and respectful. Highly recommended!
