Eric answered my many queries patiently, thoroughly and with good humour when I wanted to order our queen mattress through Whatsapp. As seniors, we tend to overlook certain details and he was very helpful. He reminded us of our delivery date which was delayed due to our renovation during Heightened Alert period and ensured that order details and delivery went smoothly. We are so impressed by his service. The mattress was a good buy and came with 2 pillows and mattress protector. We would definitely buy King Koil products in future. Especially from Eric.

No hard selling no pressure from him to buy anything during our visit there to try out the mattresses. He even advised us not to buy anything yet but to go back consider first and if we had decided on which mattress to get can wait for the Black Friday Sale to get better discount prices which we did!
