โ โ โ โ โ Disappointing food and cannot be compared to what I ate at Tanjong Pagar outlet. The lunch set meal is worth it but the taste is really way below average. The prawns they used in this seafood stew was from the frozen kind. Fried chicken was good but not the same level as those I ate from their parent restaurant. Won't be stepping in again.

โ โ โ โ โ super bad service, lack of staff. Waited for 45 mins since 7.30pm without a single staff serving us. There were clearly empty tables but yet no one came to check on the queue. When they finally came to serve us they said a lot of options were sold out already.. ordered the original and garlic soy sauce chicken but honestly canโt taste any difference. Idk if Iโm eating chicken or goreng pisangโฆ?

โ โ โ โ โ Was quite apprehensive after reading all the recent reviews. However, there was no queue at 6pm so we decided to come in. I have to agree that there may be lack of staff. However, I can see that the remaining staff are doing whatever they can to serve the people. Our food came pretty fast, we had a refill of the sides and the staff were pretty friendly too. Seeing how busy they were, when we asked for refill, we did tell them to take their time. But they came pretty fast too. The food was good and did not dissapoint us. Will visit again. A little pricey though.

โ โ โ โ โ Went on a quiet Sunday night. First time trying Kko Kko Nara in Jewel. The side dishes were much nicer than the Bibimbap. Pajeon was mediocre.
Heard many great things about this restaurant. Perhaps going to the Tanjong Pagar one would be better.
Not worth the money youโre paying.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is delicious but service and cleanliness is very poor. Chicken bone on the floor, and other food chunks. When told to sweep the floor, staff just picked up the chicken bone and left the floor the same as it is. Table was dirty, which she used a single piece of tissue to clean the entire table. Tables beside us were left uncleaned throughout the duration of our meal. There is a bell to call staff but they only came after several rings. Really need much more improvement...

โ โ โ โ โ Although this outlet is not as good as the original outlet at Tanjung Pagar but it doesnโt deserve such a bad rating. In terms of service, both outlets are not great. Tanjung Pagar offers a more authentic Korean feel and ambience vs Jewel. Quality of food is on par. Set lunch is great and value for money.

โ โ โ โ โ Very very bad management. No staff was in charge of sitting the customers, it was a mess. They had several empty tables and dirtied tables, with no one to clean it. When a group request to be seated at another table, they didnโt know to simply let the group behind move ahead and take the empty table first. So everyone had to just wait until finally one staff can go clean the dirty table, then the group go in, and we still have to wait until another staff is free to let us go in. If I can just give an advice to the management team, gosh, you really need to allocate your staff roles better!

โ โ โ โ โ Not sure why the poor reviews here despite the place is always packed with a queue. Food quality is above average & portion sizes are definitely big enough for sharing despite the higher prices. Condiments (appetiser) are complimentary & can be refilled upon request. Lettuce for wrapping the grilled meats are also complimentary & refillable. The marinated meats is definitely better than the non marinated ones.
