The nyonya chicken is not very good taste,but the spicy 1 is ok.

Quick service and quite clean for a KFC franchise. Good place to buy a lot of food affordably whilst waiting for your next flight.

it kinda feels smaller compared to it previous location (at the airport) and the menu too seems a bit more limited. nonetheless, staff working here are usually pretty friendly and patient.

The wafer is great. Good food. Have self service kiosk. The drinks fill yourself no refills tho.

Very disappointed by the service at Jewel KFC outlet.There were 2 families wanting to dine in.One is our family of 4 and my friends family of 5.The manager immediately came out and told us that we cannot dine in as there were 9 of us.What is he talking? We were finding place to sit in two tables.He kept on and insist that we have to take away & cant dine in.When we ask why he said its the rule or policy of kfc.Then we clearly explained to him that we are going to be sitted in 2 tables as we understand no intermingling and sharing of food.Yes we know all this.still this Chinese manager say cannot.Then I have to explained to him again he didn't want to listen to my husband.Insaid there's no such thing.Then I showed him in another table there family of 4 dining there,the other side family of 5, why we can't dine in and force us to take away?After so much explanation,he say ok.At first the staff was rude & immediately told us to take away only.cannot dine in.Then I asked him i want to talk to his manager,he said he is the manager and kept on showing us policy etc.He don't even know the dining in expectation as a manager?I forgot to get his name.We didn't even sit down As we finding for place and he came to us n ask us how many of us and when he saw 9 of us,immediately say Cannot dine in only take away! We say we are 2 families that's why 9,not 1 family 9 of us!What policy is this! Really great disappointment. CLARIFY ABOUT THIS TO THE MANAGER INCHARGE ON 17 March at around 810pm.We have dine in at so many kfc outlets as 2 families we had no problem but only this outlet forced us to take away! Of course ,we are Singaporeans,we understand when dining in no intermingling,no sharing of food etc but theres no such thing as we cannot dine in and only must take away.What rule is this?? Its not even a policy.Then I think,the staff told him something,and again he said he is following the outlet rules and apologise.I think as a manager he should know all this rules & policies and not chasing customers out from their outlet telling us can only take away no dine in.We were so hungry & kids were hungry too.it took us 20mins to explain to him then he agree to let us sit down and told us no sharing if food etc.Then I told him this is what we told him earlier as we know during this pandemic,what we should follow etc.I think management should make this clear to the managers and staff of this jewel kfc outlet.We can speak out and cleared this.What if its other people,old aged people or even foreigners as its near changi airport,is it good to turn away the customers like this??

Our first time KFC at Singapore. Tasty fried chicken, serve really well. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Staff very nice to remaid the waiting time, After 8PM need wait 20 minutes. But the KFC apps very stupid, the apps price expensive then shop, also never remind food need wait and closing time.

Worst KFC I've ever been to in my life. However, I was so hungry that I would have eaten anything. To sum up, 3 stars is the maximum I can give.
