★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the beef bowl set, skewer bowl with the add on skewers and an additional karaage.
Beef bowl was flavourful but felt it had a little too much sauce. Skewers were pretty much average with the exception of the enoki wrapped in bacon which was interestingly fragrant. Karaage was a little underwhelming.
Total damage for 2 pax was close to $30 which is a little bit more expensive than what one would expect from a kopitiam shop but still won't consider it overpriced, neither is it good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A humble stall that serves affordable and quality Japanese ricebowls, skewers and dishes. Tried the aji fry bento and I loved it! Generous portion, fish were well-seasoned and fried to perfection, goes well with the onsen egg and the set came with the sides of soup and taugeh. Definitely going back to try other food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible value for an excellent Chicken Karaage Don, which was fried to perfection - crispy, yet keeping the chicken sufficiently moist. Onsen egg and seasoning also elevated the rice to something that was very morerish.

Bought 5 pc homemade karage and they turn out to be huge. But very well made. Must get!
Yakitori skewers has the taste of charcoal.
Miso iberico pork melts in the mouth. No comments on the gilled pineapple.
Chicken wing taste like it was seasoned with mamee seasoning? But still taste great.
Soup and beansprouts are normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iberico Pork Belly with Homemade Sauce, Homemade Chicken Karaage. This Japanese stall fits in so well into a coffee shop setting and offers rice bowls and beer food such as the fried karate and sticks like the cannot miss Iberico Pork Belly!

Edit: I’ve had their food for the 3rd day consecutively. That’s how good it is. Chicken karaage is on point. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Japanese food hiding under a pile of coffee stalls ,you must find it carefully and will be surprised with no regrets by walking all the way from Lavender station toward here.
Must try “signature yakitori bento” (variety meat sticks and you will be WOW by the ingredients they stuffed) & “homemade chicken karaage” (very tender and juicy without heavy marinated odor)
Don’t see the price and hesitate, it’s worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hole in the wall serving delicious and affordable skewers. The chicken was tender and juicy. Mushrooms were good too - thick cuts, juicy and well-seasoned. Pork skewers can be more charred, but overall good experience.
