★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Dropped the whole cup of coffee on my white sneakers and calves. Did not offer me any paper napkins or tissue for me to clean myself up until I had to ask for it. Instead their priority was to mop the floor first. Worse of all, while mopping, I was swished with more coffee because the guy was doing it so vigorously with no regard for anyone around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible attitude for an establishment in a healthcare institute. Shook their heads and displayed their displeasure when only plain water was ordered. This is an outlet in a hospital, please understand if patients/visitors needs plain water.
