β β β β β Love the tarts, which is the staple of this chain. Crispy crust and smooth filling. But it will be perfect if the level of sweetness could be reduced by a little 10%

β β β β β Their ice coffee is huge (slightly pricier), but their hot coffee is regular size, the tarts is buttery but the custard is just ok

β β β β β I bought a box of 6 Combi Egg Tarts all packed into a paper box. So I asked for an extra small pvc plastic tart box but was told that I'll have to pay 10c for it despite already paid close to $15 for the tarts. Wasn't too impressed with the lady staff, a middle age lady assuming to be the Supervisor as she gave instructions to the staff serving me. Pretty rude and no sense of what is good customer service.
The tarts were alright but nothing that fantastic like some of the comments here. There are better tarts elsewhere.
Unlikely will be going back again unless my kids got a crave for it. Else, Adios.. Kopi and Tarts.

2.5-Star: Tuna Pie: Crispy and warm but too little fillings... $2.60
1.5-Star: Service: Paid very little attention to customers and give wrong changes which they wun notice unless U realize yrself
3-Star: Ambience: Cozy, clean and relax when during off-peak hours. Staffs will not make U feel hurried
 3-Star: Overall
4-Star: Gula Melaka Kopi/ drinks: A no of signature drink varieties to chose from and large enough for 2-3 pax to share, plus price is cheap if shared
2-Star: Egg Tart

β β β β β My opinion is only towards this outlet and not all Kopi & Tarts in general.
Was a morning we visit and had no customer at the time of visit.
Food: just meh, really...yes we did order the Kopi and tarts and pie. Don't think tarts were fresh as they were slightly cold? Ordered their breakfast set too, wrong choice.
Drinks: wasn't great
Value: Not worth the premium
Service: Quite sad frankly. It could be the pandemic fatigue maybe, but still we were the only customer at the point of dining. Definitely did not have a pleasing experience.
I would recommend try another outlet or dining elsewhere if you have a choice.

β β β β β Dishonest and unapologetic. Bill was $4.20, and we gave $6. Staff only returned $0.80. When called out, staff quietly returned the $1 without any apologies. There was no crowd so it wasn't an excuse. Not recommended.

β β β β β The curry chicken came prepacked and the server put into microwave to thaw then cut the packet and pour into bowl. Head back to microwave again to heat it up real hot.
Taste great but without the coconut milk. Chicken was surprisingly tender.
