My top recommended ingredient is definitely the fried beancurd skin, a must have in mala xiang guo, though I forgot to pick it out this time

I saw the auntie scolding and swearing at someone when he was just asking if his food is ready. I wonder if Labula is even sincere about apologizing to the customers. What a bunch of clowns and joker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is truly a diamond in the rough. it looks underwhelming and to be honest, we wanted to walk away but we decided to give it a try and were glad that we did.
the food here is better than the other outlets. the fried egg with tomato alone deserves a five star rating as it is well executed with wok hei taste. the dry fried cauliflower (with bacon) is done just right, not too hard and not too soft. the other food items (black fungus, hot and sour rice noodles, spicy chicken) are also good. the missing star is due to the bare basic decor plus many dishes are not available.
tip: be very polite to the service help and they will go above and beyond to serve you :)
