★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having the fried kuay Teow as I’m typing. Bought a $4 portion and was eating happily. Portion is decent for its price and flavour is a average. While eating on this one plate, on 3 occasions, bite into small hard stuff (probably sand or cockle shell parts) that could have cracked my tooth if I bite any harder. Please chew gently if eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stall is run by a husband and wife team. The husband does the frying and the wife takes care of the orders. Very polite couple and the wife is always smiley. The fried kueh teow is well cooked with Chinese sausage, fish cake and cockles and it goes well with the Otah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to the Shunfu Mart one, this is freshly fried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money! $3 plate of Char Kway Teow was a full plate and a sufficient portion for an average eater, and it comes with cockles and Chinese sausage too.
Taste wise, the noodles were less oily compared to the usual CKTs but still very flavorful :) Does not have charred bits, which is amazing!!
Loved the home made otah too! It’s way better than the regular factory made otahs, and it reminds me of New Moon-brand otahs but without the chunks of fish inside. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this Char Kway Teow a couple of times. Each time the standard keeps dropping. The one I had recently was too dry and not sweet or spicy. I hope they improve.
