Went during a off peak hour so not much waiting required. All the food is price as 1 price (whatever you choose is 1 price) gd for food meater. Taste wise very average HTH

It was way too salty! Ordered medium spicy but the saltiness covered the spiciness. The staff who served the food ain't friendly. When I told her I takeaway the food instead of having there, she didn't seemed please at all and questioning other staff whether it is the correct fact. 1 star for the benefit of doubt.

There is 4 staff no one came out to clear the empty bowl & clean the table. Still tell customer cannot choose to sit at the empty table behind. The ingredients did not top up enough for customer to choose. I call medium spicy the food not even spicy but salty.

Soup base not bad. Tried the mala and bone soup. Q system massive and not incontrol. Customer get the seat and not ordering as waiting for others to come. Shd not have allow them to get the seat first. Not enough staffs also....

Order via grab and pick up myself, the staff asked me to sit down while waiting for the food as she will inform me when it’s ready. After waiting for super long and saw the plastic bag packaged food ready on the counter for super long, the staff did not even inform me. The food taste ok but it’s a nono after finding one insect in my food, won’t patronised again.

First time trying this place. Came on weekday at 1pm was not crowded compare to weekend lunch / dinner when you have to wait for at least 30 min to be seated as the place is rather small. Everything is self service from picking food to payment n collection of food. Overall 1. Pork Bone soup was good ?? 2. Food arrange and cleanse is good. ?? 3. Staff is friendly but not helpful on explain the process of it as a first timer. ? 4. Long waited for food to be prepare over 30min upon order when there is no crowd.? 5. Staff inside the kitchen were talking n playing. No sense of urgency on food preparing.? 6. Price was alright about the same as coffee shop type. They charge by gram on all item in regardless of Meat, Veg or etc? I will come back again only if is not crowded n willing to wait while I’m not in a rush.?

Even having 4 staff at the ground, they are not able to handle the customers. They look lost, not in control and perplexed in service industry. Service They assume everybody has patronise their outlet before. For first time customer, we don't know what is going on, such as ordering, payment and waiting for collection. I ordered 1 X mala soup with rice and dumpling. Firstly, cash regsitry hanged, he could have explained and informed need to wait. We were holding that big bowl waiting for a good 5 mins, lucky there was a table beside me. Another customer and myself put the bowl at the table while WAITING without knowing what is going on. As I wanted to order dumpling but don't know know what are the options. Instead of explaining, the server told me to look at the cash registry to order. ? I didn't know where to look for the number to be called. Was looking around the place. Mala soup arrived first. They didn't inform that my dumpling will arrived later. My number call again but no food at the service counter. Food was served to another table. They told me wait again. Rice was cold and was not cook properly. It was dry on one section and super moist on the other. For a Chinese eatery, rice is very important. Worst than some Cai Peng. I ask if they have non chilled mineral water, they told me they only have whatever is in the fridge. Don't tell me you don't have stock at back end? I am not even asking for warm water. Food I ordered a medium spicy. The soup is tasty but has no mala in it. Price is affordable like all other similar franchise. Dumpling skin is chewy and the meat was tasty. Not those juicy kind with soup inside. Even after is cold, the skin is still chewy. For the food I gave 2 stars. Verdict, if you are at amk hub and strongly feel wanna eat mala can try.

Been to this place 3x before giving a review. It's a good place to satisfy your mala craving with kids in tow. The pickled veg soup base is average with almost no punch. They have non spicy options like the pork bone soup. Would not recommend their tomato soup. Standard of the food is really just so so but you'll get a good variety. Since, it's a 'one price system' with a min 280grams charge. Choose wisely if you don't want to get a rude shock when making payment. Be prepared to wait a bit too. Environment is decent n you can get Liho next door to pair with your meal . 2.5-3 ⭐️
