Just like most other stingy kway chap stalls. Not worth your money at all. Ordered a Kway Chap Set for 2($18), after uncovering heaps of overly salty taupok, hidden beneath them were 7 pieces of thinly sliced braised meat. I long for a day where i can find a kway chap stall that is actually value for money. Yet another stingy kway chap stall...

I bought the $7.5 kway chap set and they literally only gave me 2 small piece of intestine and everything is so little, its not even worth $5. Taste worse than most kopitiam. Very dissapointed for such big brand.

There's a China lady who has poor memory. Despite me telling her many times that I want soup to be separated. I only realised my order was wrong when I was on the bus;worst still she had forgotten to give me the kwap chap meat!! Felt so cheated and onky gave me 1 packet of chilli sauce! Basically, I only have 2 empty kways and 1 packet of duck rice! No wonder this stall is akways empty! To the boss of Yu Kee, pls send your staff for training and let go of those who simply cannot work! This lady has not gotten my order wrong once and a few times till I've got no choice but to write a review here!

No wonder the low review! Decided to try the duck rice during late noon but upon ordering, I decided to google the duck rice for reviews and honestly should have done research first. The ponytail non-local woman (a bit plump) took my order impolitely, after that, I was just waiting and waiting for about 10 minutes already. There were customers queuing and taking away. It felt really strange that their meals were received quicker than me?? (Since I ordered earlier than them and I am eating there). Turns out, she FORGOT my order! Wanted a refund but she was like acting blur and forgetful.. I kept asking for a refund because 1) Waited for 10 minutes plus. 2) They forgotten my order (Nearly ate my money away). Afterward, she served the duck rice meal, plus didn't even tell me how to get the ice, had to own self figure it out since she was 'busy' at the kitchen area. Super angry and disappointed. Do not come to this place, the duck rice is just mediocre. I should have read the google reviews before coming down here to eat. 0 star should be given instead of 1! Tldr: Not recommended, person forgot my order, was puzzled and furious. Meal was average only. Soup is diluted.

Bad service, bad quality and quantity given. Ordered a takeaway of duck rice, only to found out back home that the portion of meat given was from the duck neck, how appropriate is this. Not recommended at all. Worst experience ever!

someone needs to QC their cooking standards and also service. appalled by how our take away was packed…. like they threw in the rice and just slices of meat that wasn’t exactly tasty! no garnish nothing. asked for no chilli in the noodles and was given noodles mixed in w chilli. seletar mall’s branch is wayyyy better

PCR guy’s attitude was terrible. Got annoyed when I couldn’t understand his accented voice and he was not being very loud either. I wasn’t being rude to him from the start either. Was looking forward to eating yu kee but he totally ruined the mood. Should have just spoke to him in Pure English. 做得那么不厌烦我又不是来跟你讨吃的

It's alright, had my duck rice to go, and was quickly in and out of the place with a packet of duck rice in hand. Prices are reasonable, food is as expected, average at best, and that's the Yu Kee franchise for you. Personally found the rice a little too wet when I finally decided to dig into my rice. You'd normally find them in coffee shops, but to be able to find them at AMK Hub, is good for what it's worth. Make sure to add their chillies.
