It just the Aunty at the cashier would purposely let you wait for ordering for 2-5 mins+ when the stall was not busy at all!
I’ve been to the restaurant many times and never let me down.
You want the good food you have to wait and maybe they would forget your order as well?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this a new owner ? I have dined here previously but there has been a drastic drop in standard and the taste of food is extremely different.
I ordered grilled chicken and crispy spring roll with vermicelli. Was expecting a piece of chicken , instead we had sliced chicken looking like char siew.

Vermicelli with grilled chicken and crispy net spring roll.
Feels like eating rice noodle salad with sliced chicken. The vegetables fresh and crunchy. The dressing savoury and refreshing and light in the same time. This dish also come with 1 crunchy roll, taste nice and comforting, but because it’s deep fried, every time you bite can feel the oil seeping on lips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is higher much than the main Lap. The food taste is really bad and not same as Vietnam authentic. I suggest the chef should learn more how to cook Vietnamese food
The chef only mix everything in the kitchen to cook the dished, not follow any vietnam cuisine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like especially the fresh and warm Banh Mi. Beef stew in the picture is also great, with plenty of soft beef pieces. Stew and bread cost $11, on the high side, both worth it. The tamarind drink is very nice as well.
Stall however should improve on hygiene and cleanliness. While completing our order, we noted a small cockroach walking by at the counter…. We almost wanted to cancel our order and go elsewhere.
