BAD experience I came here with all the recommendations that So Pho will be a good place to try the Vietnamese pho. However was greeted by an unfriendly philliphino staff was not customer centric and was showing black face the guy staff who was a local was friendly but the lady staff was rude and not bothered to even take the order. Subsequently the food came and it smelled so horrible the beef smell and the taste of the meat was very bad. Comparing to the beef my fiance got in her soup the colour and taste was alot different. I tried to carry on and try but it was really bad the smell of food was really bad. The authenticity of Vietnamese pho comes from the mint leaves and basil leaves but this was just blunt I had tried better pho in the Western countries and was shocked with how it tasted in our Asian country. So Pho has to really work on this or is it that you just complacently using old spoil meat in your outlet due to the current situation. If that is so please put a much cheaper price on your pho because this is really atrocious. I regretted eating here on 19/11/2021. The management has to buck up and pull its socks to go through post the covid phase if you start to render such poor service. As spoken to the staff regards to the food they were kind and understanding enough to waive the bill for that 1 bowl which was bad. Thank you.

Clean and tidy shop. Beef cooked very juicy and nice! Banh mi was so good!

1st time tried this So Pho. Portion still can do although not comparable to Vietnam portion. Soup base not that oily yet still can see some oil floating. Spring roll skin is very thick and very sticky. Should have a thinner skin.

Food was ok, not the bad! But service not really good...staff not really friendly And order some drinks, didn't got stock....couldn't order...if like this, just remove from menu better

So Pho is a place I frequent because of the high quality marbled sirloin beef and the drip coffee. The marbled sirloin beef is smooth and tender. The soup (without spicy) is sweet and tasty. I tried the spicy soup base which is not bad but I think I prefer the original one. The chili padi given in the saucer is very spicy for those who likes it hot. Lime is easy to squeeze and adds flavor to the soup. The coffee is thick and very very sweet. The moment you drink it, you will be awake. It's therapeutic to watch the drip coffee drip. I like the comfortable seats and overall vibes. Toilet is just located beside So Pho which is very convenient. #ILoveSoPho

As a concept it's certainly a great idea if they could match it up with great food and service. Food was just about ok. Ambience nothing much to rave about. The Spicy Pho on the menu is very lightly spicy. Food was delivered quick despite running at capacity. The Pho broth though was just mediocre and not flavorful. Will have to look for a better place to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Beef slices were thin and tender, beef balls were springy. The Vietnamese drip coffee was good but still lacked the oomph factor. The staff at the entrance came across as plain unfriendly though I must add he did assist us. Menu is pretty decent and everyone should be able to find something here. Will i return ? Possibly not.
