β β β β β Industrial zi char at a fair price, donβt expect more. Value for money set lunch for 2 during weekdays (fish/veg/wings at $21?). Prawn paste chicken was fantastic! Hor fun was alright. Double fish pao fan is a miss. The crisp white rice at the top felt a bit soft, fried fish was full of batter, but the fresh slices were well marinated. The soup stock on first try seem good, but after a few mouths you realize itβs missing the after taste. Try Chao Ting pao fanβs soup base and youβll know the difference.
Kitchen food prep was spilling out of the kitchen, it was just a messy dining area..and please educate your crew to use a fresh wet cloth to clear the table. Mine came greasy with wiped marks..still itβs an industrial setting.

β β β β β Was in the vicinity this evening so took the opportunity to try out. Very friendly staff. We had the white bee hoon with la la clams, pork ribs, Cereal prawns, bbq sting Ray and baby kai lan. The food was good.

Brought My Parents To Try The Dishes. They Were Quite Impressed With The Food Ordered. Lunch Set Was V Affordable Too. Last 4 Pics, Total Bill Only $45.20. V Filling Too. BTW Been Told That Lok Lok Was Not Available During Lunch Time. Lady Staff Attended To Us Was V Friendly Too.

Been There Twice. This Time Unfortunately Did Not Order The Crab Porridge As Told Long Waiting Time Due To Short Staffed. I Stil Love The Lok Lok There.

β β β β β Itβs a family friendly place and spacious seating inside the Zi Char place. Standard zi char dishes on the menu and they have fried Lok Lok. They also have 5 in house special dipping sauce for the lok lol, and all are great. Go for the red chili if you like spicy. The lok lok are fried without using too much flour and some sauce on top before serve. I would recommend lok lok as they have quite a number of variety of veg n meat. Itβs reasonable priced. There is a pedestrian side door from Gambas Ave just outside the shop, no need to walk in from building main entrance from behind (Gambas Crescent).

β β β β β Staffs very attentive and friendly, food are awesome tasted. Exceed expectation with reasonably price, food portion is considerably good. Will come back again. If total costs exceed 80$, will entitled free car waxing

Average pricing, food quality and tasty is considered above average. Portion reasonable. Typical Zi Char dishes but seems to be specialising in seafood pots. Did not try any seafood pots. But the Zi Char dishes that were ordered were considered good.
The lala is fried with spices that make it very fragrant. Seafood tofu is comes with good amount of seafood and green peas. Tofu is soft and silky with flavourful gravy. Sambal petai with mince meat cannot go wrong if you are a petai lover.
Worth mentioning is the LokLok. Huge variety to choose from. $1 per stick and $2 for premium choices. The LokLok is deep fried and had some black sweet sauce sprinkled on. Crispy with a hint of sweetness. Yum! Goes very well with the various chilli sauces provided.
The staffs are very friendly and service is good. Place is quite packed on Friday dinner time, might wanna try making reservation to avoid a long wait. Recommend to try.

β β β β β Reasonably priced zi char place with pretty good service standards. Staff were attentive and really friendly. Ample parking lots and air-conditioning are definitely additional plus points. Portion is quite generous but thought they could go lighter on the amount of seasoning that went into the dishes though. Still worth a few more trips to try the rest of the dishes!
