If you're driving, after the lorry exit(with 2 barriers) turn right to enter a different gantry, shld see "woodlands food express" as shown in the reviewer's photo. Also note, pickup/delivery only, not for dine in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was made at 7pm from Food panda. It shows 8pm will reach. After 8pm the app shows already pick up. 9pm then reach and got this kind of food.

As it shows delivery by merchant so I had to call the store to check on delivery.
When I call at 4.56pm, they say the food is ready they finding for rider.
I wait until the estimated time of arrival 5.15pm shown on grab but still the food is not here.
I called the store from 5.15pm till now 6.05pm, more than 20 calls all shown line busy.
It's almost 2 hours now and they still couldn't find a rider and deliver my food.
And worst still I cannot cancel my order and I'm late for my nightshift. And they still not getting back to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I’ve ordered a couple of times and it’s always been pretty good! The acai might melt but its not restaurant’s fault anyway. Chuck it in the freezer and it still tastes amazing :) Love the affordable poke + acai in SBW no less!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very challenging to find without proper signages. If you are coming, just look for where the food delivery collection is. It is a one-stop collection point so just go there and say poke theory and your order number. It's on level 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome acai as always! Place of self-collection hard to find for non-food delivery people. Exact address location should’ve been more clear. Staff was quite clear when helping me find the place. But quality of acai is not compromised :)
