★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say a big thank you, to Mr Firdaus a staff from Pasta Mania at Nordcom 2 outlet .Recently,I've sent an email with regards of the order that I did online. Unfortunately, the Pasta which I ordered came with chillies which is meant for my kid. I did indicate under remarks perhaps at the wrong section. Mr Firdaus,phoned me and apologised. He explained to me in a friendly manner. He is very patient and attentive throughout my conversation with him. He told me that he will replace the Pasta without chillies and a complimentary chocolate banana tarts and drinks. I was amazed by the extra miles Mr Firdaus had provided to us . Kudos, to him.
