★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best black sauce carrot cake stall to my taste. Grew up eating the carrot cake here! Very chunky and lady boss is accommodating to requests for chili, sweet sauce levels. I still crave for it all the time.

Tastewise, it is inconsistent. The kueh and eggs that have deep contact with the skillet have a nice wok hey but unfortunately, not every piece is done this way.
The black version is much nicer than the white version. The white version has obvious pieces of overly salty preserved radish that are not incorporated with the rest of the dish

Best carrot cake in town for sure. I think better than the famous one at TPYL1. Solid value and taste. A bit small, but for $3 still gets 5 starts for sure.

Ordered the white carrot cake but forgot about the photo. Delightful plate of carrot cake went nice with a cup of teh si. Shiok.
