Another staff recommended me the wrong item. I requested for lights to be used for normal ceiling not false ceiling but staff recommended the wrong light. I double and triple confirmed because it came with clips. Staff said he is 100% sure and done this for many years. In the end my ID and contractor had to delay the renovation works and run out to buy lights which were inconvenient and expensive because they billed me the mark up and service fee for the trouble caused.
I called the shop to ask and a rude lady picked up my call deflecting the blame on me who have 0 light experience.
I wished I had met Chris in my first purchase. Nice, polite guy and experienced. Also, saw him struggling with moving many 30 over boxes alone in the whole shop. Boss, if you are reading this, please have some heart and consider assigning a younger staff to help him. Chris can also guide the younger staff in his experience so staff doesn't give wrong information.
