Lee Clinic - 123 Bedok North Street 2

Was informed to come at 12pm, still had to wait for more than 1 hour, very bad time management. 0 stars.

I had visited this clinic recently with lot of fear as I had some gum swelling and I knew that has to be sliced off which is the only option. And I also had to extract one of my tooth. Doctor Lim and Priscilla both were good in nature, very caring and explained the situation and options of treatments available for me to choose. I told him that I'm very much scared of the injections and painful treatment like him and teeth extraction but he convinced me that everything will be fine and it's matter of some minutes that I had to bear to permanently get rid of my pain. He kept asking me if it was painful and acted accordingly. It was not that worse as I was expecting. It was tolerable and was given suggestions also to take care of my teeth going forward. I'm doing good now. Overall I had good experience and cost wise also when i compared with other clinics it's lot better. So don't worry. You can go ahead and visit..

My family and I have been going to Dr Lee for our dental appointments for a few years now and it has always been a pleasant experience as far as dental appointments can be :) we find Dr Lee to be patient, kind and always willing to explain the situation till we understand what the issue is.

Waiting time is super super long. Almost 25mins per patient. Really don’t know what’s wrong with the doctor.

If u got the whole day to sit here and wait please go try. 1 hour see 1 patient. U are as good as go hospital and wait.

Wait for 3 hours, but the queue keep standstill. Very terrible experience for medical consultation.

Appalling service. Brought my grandma to make an appointment on 2 June at 3.30 pm. Staff was impatient in her answers and took an unpleasant tone with her. Please have more compassion and patience when dealing with the elderly.

honestly, 0 stars. came here only because i could use my company card. called the clinic at 09:45am to make an appointment and they registered me, gave me a queue number and told me to come by after 1 hour. i came back at 10:40am and was greeted so rudely by the staff. she told me "you have to wait ah. 2-3 hours. or you come back 2:30pm." i told the staff what her colleague told me (to come at 10:45am) and she went "ya but now you have to wait. 2-3 hours. you can choose to sit here but it can be 12:30pm, 1 o clock, 2 o clock, i don't know. or you can come back later 2:30pm." i just went to another clinic instead. and this same staff (older woman, wears glasses, short rusty coloured hair) was so incredibly rude towards other patients.
