Worst experience of being scolded by the haughty owner when I asked for a quote for my big bulk dry-cleaning. It was like I "owed" him a living when I am the customer paying for his services! After his intimidation, I decided to take my business to another cleaner. It was then he shouted at me, spit at me. That got me real angry. I left.
I went to his competitor, Shanghai Chen Hin Dry Cleaning Co at Tanjong Katong Road, a good dry cleaner who has been in the business since 1950's.
