★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Kembangan/Siglap institution! May look pretty messy and disorganised on the outside, but has provided quality garment care at affordable prices for more than 20 years.
The lady boss Linda is always there to attend to your needs. Truly live up to their motto, "on time every time!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit and probably my last visit. I brought my comforter to wash in this shop yesterday. The lady took my order and emptied my comforter from IKEA bag onto the floor and chuck it aside. I looked with astonishment and requested for them to keep it in the plastic bag as the floor are filled with dirty clothing. After which she staple the tag onto my comforter, I requested to use a pin instead as my comfortable has been used for more than 10 years and it's going to fall apart. They sounded defensive at first and said they have been doing it for many customer and non complain. After some discussion they did as I have requested. While waiting at the door, I saw a man holding a pants which was tag wrongly. Generally it's not a pleasant experience and they shop was disorganised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes damaged during their care. This lady by the name MRS LINDA SOH totally lack of professionalism. Simply replied saying ' we wash clothes few dollars only and just didn't bother to even apologize or think that they are in the wrong to damage the clothes. Careful when sending stuffs there!!! 480 Changi Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been using Laundry Unlimited's services for a long time and we are happy with it! The staff are helpful and knowledgable about items we need drycleaned / washed. For eg, they take the initiative to assess the material, the age of the items and will recommend the treatment accordingly. Apart from clothes, we have also sent curtains (silk blend, blackout) and soft toys. They are also prompt in responding when we require collection / delivery. Happy with and will continuing using Laundry Unlimited!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my winter jacket to Laundry Unlimited for dry cleaning in early December. Collected it on 27 December.
To my horror, my white jacket (which I purchased at $250 and wore for less than 5 times) was completely ruined. It was returned to me with brown water stains and black marks.
The salesperson from the main office called me and said she will purchase a special chemical from USA to remove the stains. She estimated for the process to take 6 weeks. 4 months later, there were no follow ups from them at all.
Called them this week and the salesperson did not want to be responsible and offered a compensation of less than half of what I paid. Her famous words: "All these would not happen if coat was of standard quality.", "We are dry cleaners. We cannot be held responsible if materials, fillings and care labels are defective". FYI, this coat is from a reputable brand.
Laundry Unlimited is definitely a dry cleaning service which lacks in responsibility, service and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not pleased with the service. I got my gown cleaned and told them of the stains and charged me 20 dollars for it. But when I got it, all the stains are still there, didnt even lighten. Even the bottom of the dress is still dark and dusty. They should have been more affront if they can do it or not. I expected better cleaning since they are charging 20 dollars for one dress.
