β β β β β I don't know the name of the person whom I spoke to, but I called on 23 May 2021 at 3.58 pm and the person who took my call was incredibly rude. Apparently, according to her, the doctor in this clinic is unable to treat finger problems and is unable to administer a splint. And before I was even done with the call, with what I had to say, she took the liberty of saying "Good Bye!", and just hung up the call. Simply incredible.

β β β β β Very unpleasant experience when we approach the staff working at evening shift. We didn't take note of her name but it was at 730pm on 24/10/2021. She's terribly rude and she shows the hesitation on attending to us. In future pls do not let a staff like tat to attend to patience it will spoil the reputation of yr clinic.

β β β β β WORST CLINIC EVER! Seriously clueless staff, i have no idea how any of them are qualified enough to work in healthcare. My father went to the clinic yesterday feeling unwell, he showed them a photo of his ART that was positive and they did not even realise what the test results meant (my dad being rather old he was not clear on what the lines meant). How can people like this be working in healthcare??? Not only are they incompetent, all the staff ive encountered at this clinic are just blatantly rude and nobody has a clue whats going on. A clinic like this is better off shutting down, i will definitely be taking this case to MOH. If i could give a zero or less stars i would. this clinic does not even deserve 1 star.

β β β β β They closed for dinner, pls come after it says. When I reach at 835pm, they are closed for the day. The clinic info states daily 8am-11pm and the stuff is super rude. I think go KK better than waste time here

β β β β β The service level falls beyond expectations. The staff are impatient and rude. As this is one of the few PHPC clinic around Serangoon North, residents will inevitably go to them for PCR and ART. I was greeted by a arrogant staff who are reluntant to assist when I couldn't get the online registration done. Further queries about the ART was replied by a rude shock that it's not for me to decide. Just don't understand why can't they have some empathy over the sick patients who are worrying of contacting Covid.

β β β β β Terrible experience here. Considering this is one of the few clinics in Serangoon North area which you can take a GP-referred ART/PCR swab test, the staff are curt and overall the entire clinic just seems to be badly managed. There are no separate registrations for patients taking ART/PCR swab tests, and for patients looking to consult with the doctor. We arrived at late 2+pm upon referral from a GP for a swab test, and was told that they have closed all registrations for the afternoon session, and to come back at 6pm. (note: their afternoon shift begins at 2pm) If you're looking to come here for a swab test, suggest you go somewhere else. Also please note, they are not 24 hours as advertised!
