The worst doctor ever. He’s just rude. Went to see him in the evening as I was having period pain in the morning which I took painkillers and dozed off. He simply told me off that I should’ve come in the morning. I don’t understand what’s his issue in me coming in the evening. I asked him how he expect me to walk when I’m in pain. He yelled at me saying that next time he’ll never issue mc to me and curse me when I’m about to leave. Never going back there again. Rude and inconsiderate!

This is a basic and simple clinic. No fanciful cushion or decor. The place look humble. If you are looking for a doctor that is good in public relations and give you fancy talk, then this is not the place . The doctor gets straight to the point to treat. No sweet talk, which to me is right. We go to get treated for our sickness, get to the point and treat the discomfort is more important. Price is reasonable .

One of the worse place I’ve been too, told me there was 3 people infront of me but it took me 45 mins? And someone cut queue in from of me but the grumpy old lady at the front desk didn’t do anything. Doctor also was rude, they don’t do swap and send home, don’t bother coming to this clinic

My go-to clinic whenever me or my mom is feeling unwell. Patient and nice doctor, staff. Affordable medicine too.

He has been my family doctor since I was a lil boy. I am 38 with 3 kids now and I still go to him. I'll even bring my kids there to see him if they are ill. Great doctor and funny guy:)

Doctor is rude, impatient, doesn’t listen. Amidst that I wanted to just get checked, advise what painkillers can help me in the interim while have him refer me to a specialist. Firstly he checked me, got me to lie down lifted my leg and harshly dropped it! I was having a terrible back pain and it’s the last thing you do to anyone in pain and back guarded. He Tested my toes to see my nerve reactions, I had problems w it and he raised his voice that I’m not pushing my toes - which I said I am; but I cant! Wanted to give me painkillers I told him I am not good w arcoxia but was impatient to suggest what else! I gave up by then, but last bit was he didn’t give me a referral letter… wanted me to go back the next day… by then forget it. I went to the next doctor who has much better bedside manners… who is being a decent human being, and nice !

Neighbourhood clinic with a no-frills kind of service. We like that it’s located near the entrance to the carpark that patient can alight from car and head straight to the clinic. The clinic isn’t air conditioned which I prefer because that there will be better air ventilation. There are also ample seats for patients and their family. As with most clinics, it tends to be crowded during morning sessions and nearer to closing time. Should there be a queue, family can shop around the neighbourhood or the NTUC nearby. The doctor is very experienced. He always identify our health issues accurately and swiftly. He does not mollycoddle us but gives us very sound advice on managing our health issues, be it chronic or seasonal. Five stars for their many years of service to my family and the community of Serangoon North! ??❤️??
