β β β β β Staff is not knowledgeable and clear. Doctor speaks with a condescending tone. She does not listen to patients and likes to assume facts about the patients. Long waiting time and inefficient. Will be my first and last visit.

β β β β β Great clinic! This is my familyβs go-to clinic. Dr Lee is experienced and diagnoses everything accurately. Sheβs reputable and a caring doctor who prioritises your health. This can be seen as her clinic is almost always crowded for a neighbourhood clinic.

β β β β β poor consultation. Doctor dont listen to patient's concern. She come up with her own thoughts about patients problem. She talks irrelevant topics and also a bit arrogant. She dont give MC, even when we have severe problems. She really dont understand the patient's difficulty, she just give the tablets and send us. I dont reccomend this clinic to anyone.

β β β β β Honestly I just discovered this place recently! It's very reasonable in pricing. Dr is always so nice to me. She listens and very soft spoken lady. The staff outside were really nice too! The medications suits me well.

β β β β β While the doctors service is good, Horrible horrible horrible front staff. Worst staff in medical history encountered. The positive reviews abt them are probably them using fake accounts or people of their own kind. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

β β β β β The doctor is great, the staff at the front is rude and problematic. Which medical industry needs the patient to tell them to print out their receipt, even when I asked for the receipt she was rude and condescending saying I didnβt ask her to print it out for me. Could stand to be more professional and not to be rude to sick patients, she shouldnβt work in a customer service line with that horrible attitude

β β β β β The front desk so rude...she told me to go other place..this Disease ART close...I already do ART 3 times for my 4 years old son is negative...But don't rude say Disease...say virus if positive, now negative 3 time ART...He only have cough 3 days..I did not want to go other doc, because my son suitable with the medicines...I have to go there twice...waste my time..luckily doc lee very nice and soft person...Please don't keep this type of negative person..How to make money if ask to go other place...

β β β β β The doctor is very arrogant and lazy in her consultation. Completely misdiagnosed my condition despite me trying my best to explain my symptoms and circumstances - I had to go to another clinic to seek proepr treatment. If it was another patient with a more serious condition, this type of attitude would be seriously neglectful and reckless.
When I raised my doubts with her diagnosis, she got aggressive and challenged me to seek out a specialist "if you are so sure". I can't imagine patients who are ill and suffering depending on such doctors for their life and their health. Her medical license needs to be reassessed.
